PLSee® is a plug-in module that enables communication between a running Flexsim® simulation and almost any PLC, or any other controls interface for that matter. By connecting your controller to a simulation, you can receive the same inputs and generate the same outputs that occur in the real system. This gives you the ability to define I/O Points, map I/O in your logic, and actually run your control program against the simualtion, without special handling in the controls program to make it “simulation-friendly”. Then watch as ® ® Flexsim +PLSee generates that same inputs you would expect, while visually responding to your outputs with stunningly real graphics. And it’s fast. Each I/O event takes less than 9 milliseconds to go from origination to fulfillment in either direction. For fast-track projects that need the added insurance of pre-tested controls logic, Velociti also offers its newly-created Application Test Center. At the ATC, Velociti creates the system simulation and certifies your controls logic in a virtual world.
